1. Active, personalized and regular monitoring including:

• Bi-monthly or monthly passage

• Active monitoring: security system, internet tests, electricity, air conditioning, household appliances, water, pipes, terrace drains, boiler room, household appliances, general condition of the garden (irrigation system), general condition of the swimming pool, etc.

• Minor household repairs if necessary

• Occasional watering of plants in case of emergency

 

  2. Monitoring of external company intervention: intervention on detected      problem excluding minor household repairs including:

• Shift

• Contact to obtain quotes from external company(ies): plumber, electrician, security agent, swimming pool specialist, gardener, air conditioning, painter, mason

• Monitoring of work before direct payment to the external company

3. Welcome to the owner: preparing the property to welcome the owners

• Start-up of the various systems: boiler room, swimming pool, etc.

• One-off cleaning

• Optional pre-arrival races

• Barbecue preparation, gas or charcoal

4. Optional services

• One-off cleaning

• Cooking

• Monitoring of work at the request of the owner

5. Premium service including

• one passage per week for 47 weeks

• two owner receptions

• unlimited monitoring of external company interventions
