  • Security systems, internet, electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, appliances, water systems, terraces, heating, irrigation systems, garden condition, and pool maintenance.

• Minor household repairs as needed

• Emergency plant watering when required

  2. Coordination with External Contractors

• Addressing issues beyond minor household repairs, including:

  • On site visits

  • Coordination with external contractors for quotes (plumber, electrician, security agent,  pool technician, gardener, HVAC specialist, painter, mason)

  • Supervision of work before  payment, which is made directly by the owner to the contractor;​

  3. Owner Arrival Preparation

• Getting your property ready to welcome you, including:

  • Activating systems like heating and pool equipment​

  • Optional cleaning services

  • Grocery shopping before arrival (optional)

  • Preparing the barbecue (gas or charcoal)

   

  4. Optional services

• One-time cleaning

• Cooking services

• Supervision of additional works upon owner request
